1. Service Scope
ATG provides independent sales representation, product support, project coordination assistance, market development, and general industry guidance within the architectural glass sector. Specific services, product lines, territories, and responsibilities may vary depending on the manufacturer, customer, or project and may be further defined in separate written agreements.
2. Project & Quote Support
ATG may assist with product inquiries, specification support, coordination, lead-time communication, and quote facilitation. Any pricing, availability, fabrication timelines, technical recommendations, or product suitability information provided by ATG is subject to confirmation by the applicable manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, or supplier. Final purchasing terms, lead times, and order acceptance are determined by the supplying party.
3. Product Information & Intellectual Property
All product literature, technical data, drawings, specifications, samples, catalogs, and related materials provided through ATG remain the property of their respective owners, manufacturers, or licensors unless otherwise stated. ATG does not transfer ownership of any third-party intellectual property and may not grant rights beyond those authorized by the applicable manufacturer or content owner.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, ATG acts as an independent representative and does not directly sell, fabricate, or manufacture products. Pricing, payment terms, freight terms, warranties, and order conditions are established by the applicable manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, or supplier. Any commissions, consulting fees, or separate service fees payable directly to ATG, if applicable, will be defined in an individual agreement.
5. Communication & Responsiveness
ATG aims to provide timely, professional communication and coordination during normal business operations. Response times may vary depending on project complexity, manufacturer input, travel schedules, holidays, and the availability of required technical or commercial information. Delays in receiving approvals, specifications, drawings, or customer feedback may affect timelines and next steps.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Information and support provided by ATG are offered in good faith for general business and project coordination purposes, but are provided “as is” without any guarantee of specific commercial, technical, scheduling, or project outcomes. ATG is not responsible for fabrication errors, installation issues, field conditions, code interpretation, design responsibility, product misuse, third-party delays, or decisions made by manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, or project teams. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATG’s liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid directly to ATG for its services under the applicable agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, unless otherwise stated in writing.
